Customer Service Representative

Our team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help perform a variety of tasks within our office.

We are starting base salary of $40k plus generous commision Schedule, Yearly bonus, Paid vacation, Life balance days, Benefits within the first year, Training and full support.

Responsibilities

  • Upon receiving a call, assists the client by applying changes, cancellations and updates to the contract, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while advising and educating in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • College Diploma/University Degree
  • Minium 2 years of experience doing office work.
  • Knowledge of financial documents.
  • Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
  • Experience with operations/ customer service.
  • Second language is a plus.
  • Continuous desire to improve.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media/technology
  • Ability to make présentations to potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty License (Preferred).
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casulty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
  • Life and Health License - LLQP (Preferred).
 

 

 

 
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
